Please read these carefully as, by using the Football-Draw website(s) or entering the competition, you will be deemed to be bound by the terms and conditions referred to below. We may, at any time, amend or delete any of these Terms without prior notice to you. Any changes will be binding on you and will take effect immediately on posting the revised Terms on this website.  Please ensure that you check the Terms on a regular basis to review any changes we have made. Your continued participation in the competition following the publication of any changes to the Terms confirms your acceptance of those changes. This is not a gambling site – it is a competition site.

Promoters and Organisers

Please read through these Terms carefully. If you do not accept the Terms, do not enter the Competition. If you do not accept any changes to these Terms, do not continue to participate in the Competition. By entering and continuing to participate in the Competition, you are indicating your acceptance of the Terms (including any changes) and your willingness to be bound by them. The terms ‘you’ and ‘user’ are used, for the purposes of the Terms, to refer to any individual participating in the Competition. The expressions ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘Football-Draw ’ refer to  Sporting-Poker Ltd. Both the terms ‘Game’ and ‘Competition’ are used for the purpose of describing Football-Draw.

How the Competition works

FOOTBALL-DRAW LIVE

Use your skill and judgement to decide if you wish to FLIP or STAY with each hand dealt by Football-Draw. During the FREE TO ENTER competitions Football-Draw may limit the number of hands each player receives .At the end of each game period (normally 7 days) the player with the highest value hand (as per FAQ) will win the prize for that game as described elsewhere.

Who can play

The Competition is open to anyone  who is 18 years or over. Notwithstanding this, you agree that playing the Competition while located in any jurisdiction in which it is unlawful to play the Competition is strictly prohibited.. Employees and agents of  Sporting-Poker Ltd  and their family members, may play the Competition and be treated in exactly the same way as other players.

Follow any on screen instructions. Once your hand(s) are registered look around the web site for further information such as My Account to change personal details and follow your hands progress.
We reserve the right to reallocate a winner’s prize in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that the winner may contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
The winners will be notified that they have won a prize by e-mail within 5 days of game ending. If  the winner fails to respond to such email or does not respond to the instructions contained in that e-mail within 28 days of the e-mail having been sent, then the winning  prize will be withdrawn and no prizes for that game made available.
We will send each Prize Winner their prize within 14 days of receipt by us of that player’s response to our e-mail notification.

Privacy Policy “Use of your details”

The Privacy Policy will apply to our processing of your personal information. By entering the Competition you give us permission to use your name for promotional purposes without further compensation. We may also require a photograph of you as a winner of the Competition for our website, to the extent permitted by law. Private information held by Sporting-Poker Ltd will not be given out to any third parties without your permission. We shall comply with all applicable UK data protection legislation from time to time in place in respect of any personal information relating to You gathered by us.

Termination of a Game

Sporting-Poker Ltd  reserve the right to terminate any game if any of the following are in evidence.

• Technical issues with the software/hardware/firmware controlling the game that Sporting-Poker Ltd can not resolve
• Technical issues with the software/hardware/firmware controlling access to information that is required during each game and those issues can not be resolved via the 3rd party.
• Where more  than 60% of scheduled games within any game are cancelled by the governing  authorities.
• We may modify, suspend or cancel, temporarily or permanently, the Competition or your participation in it at any time without notice if we feel it is in our or other players best interest. Our general disclaimer and limitation of liability will survive such cancellation. Our decision in all matters under control is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Promoters and Organisers

The promoters and organizers of this website and the Competition is Sporting-Poker Ltd. Sporting-Poker Limited is registered in England and Wales Co No. 05658398.

Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• impersonate another person or use a false name or name you are not authorized to use, or create a false identity or email address or try to mislead others as to the identity or origin of any communications;
• modify, access or make available data stored on a computer device which you have accessed through our network, when either the owner of the data or computer device has taken steps to prevent you from doing this or the owner has expressed a wish that you do not do this;
• make available or upload files that contain software or other material, data or information not owned or licensed to you or collect information about others (such as names and addresses) without their prior consent;
• damage, interfere with or disrupt access to the Competition or this website or do anything which may interrupt or impair its functionality including by means of submitting a virus to this website, overloading, “flooding”, “spamming”, “crashing” , “mailbombing” or “phising”;
• make any commercial or business use of the Competition to resell or commercially benefit from any part or aspect of the Competition;
• publish, post, distribute, disseminate or otherwise transmit defamatory, offensive, infringing, obscene, indecent or other unlawful or objectionable material or information;
• make available, upload or distribute by any means any material or files that contain any viruses, bugs, corrupt data, “Trojan horses”, “worms” or any other harmful software:
• falsify the true ownership of software or other material or information contained in files made available via this website;
• obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised entry, through whatever means, to the Competition, this website or computer systems or area of our or any of our partners’ networks which are identified as restricted;
• use the website (or any part of it) for any illegal purpose and agree to use it in accordance with all relevant laws;
• or attempt any unauthorized access to any part or component of the website. You are and remain solely responsible for the content of any comments submitted to us via your registration details. You agree that in the event that you have any right, claim or action against any end user of the website arising out of that end user’s use of the website, then you will pursue such right, claim or action independently of and without recourse to us. You warrant that by accessing and using the website you will not be in violation of any laws or regulations that apply to you.

We will not respond unless required to do so by law to any email which contains threatening, abusive, malicious, pornographic, obscene, defamatory or otherwise illegal or inappropriate material .We may however respond to email containing ideas or comments that we see fit. We reserve the right to take such action as we, at our discretion, see fit in respect to such material.
